Returns & Refunds policy

Check Your Order
Please inspect your pieces on delivery. For delivery damage or an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 5 days, with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. This reporting preference does not limit your statutory rights. Clearly broken pieces do not need to be returned.

Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition. Defective or incorrect items may be returned within 30 days, with your choice of replacement or refund at no additional cost, provided within one week of your request.

Damage caused by misuse, drops or improper handling is not covered.

Custom Pieces
Pieces made to your personal specifications are excluded from change-of-mind returns if they match those specifications. This does not affect your rights regarding defects or incorrect items.
